RETURNS POLICY

We will offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive notification prior to any return via email to Hello@soulorganic.co.uk within 14 days to let us know the reason you would like a refund on your goods. Returned items must be received by Soul Organic within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

We are happy to offer an exchange on items that have been damaged during transit or sent in error.

Please note that all items must be returned to Soul Organic in a saleable condition, unopened and with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
 

If your order qualified for a gift with purchase, this must be returned before any refund or replacement can be processed.

All returns are subject to approval by Soul Organic and we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

 

Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.
 

We cannot accept returns on samples products, sale items or gift cards.

Receiving your Refund:

Once your package has been received, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay. If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Your refund will be confirmed by email, with funds returned via your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue.

Please be aware that this may vary by bank and payment methods. PayPal transactions show immediately.
